well it cant be true even if they claim, you know problm with these is they want attention and want to remind us they exist and are in control more you give them coverage more emboldened they get..
i would say it was surely done by some militant group but doubt if it was hakimullah wants attention and we dont have to give them this time like we did to his predecessor.
