exactly the case with me and after taking vitamin d3 suppliment, my hair have stopped falling…

I’m only speaking from personal experience but after starting both vitamin d3 supplements and starting to use an argan oil shampoo, I feel my hair is definitely taking a turn for the better. I used to have extremely thick hair which grew and grew ( I used to be able to sit on my hair it was that long til I was 18 and found no standard clip to fit my hairs thickness) but its halved in thickness now and so now I’m worrying about it! It’s definitely getting stronger and see strands of smaller hairs across the hairline at my forehead too but it could just be me or one of the two mentioned. I hope you find something to help you!
