There are many reasons for hair fall. You need to see a doctor to determine what is the cause for your hair fall. Many young women experience hair fall because they have low iron in their body. So it's good to take a multivitamin tablet. Also, hair fall can be caused by hormonal problems so it's good to see a doctor. Too much stress/tension can also cause hair fall, so reduce stress. Here are some tips.
1) Take a multi-vitmain
2) Tension kam karo.
3) Get 8 hours of sleep and regular exercise.
4) Drink plenty of water and eat healthy (fruits, vegetables, protein).
5) Don't wear tight pony tails. And avoid hairstyling products such as hairspray, hair gel, etc.
6) Maybe you need to change your shampoo.
7) Do an oil massage and wash your hair after an hour. Take an empty water bottle. Fill the bottle half way with methi daana. Then add 1/2 cup mustard oil and 1/2 cup olive oil on top of the seeds. And the next day, star applying the oil. Don't apply the seeds....only put on the oil. You can try this remedy for hair fall. Some people have found it helpful.
