I think a diet rich in iron makes a huge difference in hair growth and health. I would start there and oil your hair 3 times a week for sure.

Your english sounds like an english persons too! What is going on here? U said u born in london, did u grow up there too for a while?
Yup! Look into u're lifestyle and diet and u'll know the reason for hairfall.. hair products don't damage u're hair as much as a bad diet can. Eat healthy (iron-rich) keep u're scalp clean and dandruff-free, oil u're hair 3 times a week and u'll be fine!
Gina what about hot oil hair treatment? does it make any difference? and also for hair fall..which oil do u recommend?
LOL RH I studied there for sumtime =) well if u're anaemic u shud have it sorted-out. I am as well and I take folicron everyday for it..u can even take a syrup called ferroglobin.. girls need the extra iron since we lose it during our period :S
Get on iron supplements, have honey/apples/dates and lots of leafy green vegetables! I like my Dabur Vatika neem and lemon oil.. heat that up and apply it to u're scalp using cotton-wool and massage is in circular motions. Don't overdo it with any harsh "maalish"
But Gina, Dabur Neem and Lemon oil has artificial fragrance added to it and I've read somewhere that one should completely avoid any hair products, specially if you already have hair falling issue, which have artificial fragrance. IS it true?
It doesnt have huge quantities of it.. and u only leave it on for an hour =) every store-bought oil will have some agents.. u can't really avoid them all. Unless u use extra virgin olive oil in u're hair (which takes ages to wash-off)

Hehe.. you will be surprised when you hear me speak. Regardless of whether i lived there or not everyone in my university says i have a british accent. I guess it is because mostly people are american in my university and the students have arabic accents. However i was indeed born in London.
