You need to take it with pinch of salt, the troika of 90s was made of, PM, President and COAS, even then the shots where called by The COAS and president always sided with the men in uniform and PM normally existed to get the bad name.. not change much, the troika is still there.. led and managed by COAS but president is gone and IK have filled in… and PM is there just for name sake… same like good old times…
