I had booked Depilex for my wedding. Their bridal package includes facial, bleaching, waxing, mani/pedi, and makeup. They won't force you to do anything that is not included in the package, nor would they recommend you any peels. If you ask for something more that is not included in your package, they will do it with extra charges. But, as far as I know, no one will force you to do anything. If you don't want something (i.e bleaching), just tell them and they'll skip that step.
As for foundations, I don't think its necessary for you take your own foundation. You just have to communicate to the beautician what kind of make up you want. I asked my MA to keep it simple, and don't make me white, just work with my complexion,and that's exactly what she did. It turned to be ok though.
