Importance of Darood Shareef
Almighty Allah says: "Surely Allah and His Angels send blessings on the Holy Prophet (Sall Allahu ‘alaihi wa Salim). O you who believe! Send Blessings (Durood) and Salutations (Salaams) on the Prophet with worthy Salutation". (Surah al-Ahzab: 56)
In this verse of the Holy Quran, Almighty Allah, His Malaa'ikah and the Muslims have been mentioned as sending Durood upon Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Sall Allahu ‘alaihi wa Salim). So, Durood Shareef is actually *"a Du'a in praise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sall Allahu ‘alaihi wa Salim)."
*
Hazrat Anas (radi Allahu anhu) narrates that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Sall Allahu ‘alaihi wa Salim) said: "He who reads a single Durood upon me, Almighty Allah blesses him ten times, ten of his sins are forgiven, and he is increased ten times in stages (internally). (Mishkaat)
Hazrat Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radi Allahu anhu) also narrates that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Sall Allahu ‘alaihi wa Salim) said:** "On the Day of Qiyamah, the closest to me from among the people will be those who have read the most amount of Durood Shareef"**. (Tirmidhi)
Shukran brother,,Allah(swt) aap ko bhi jaza ata farmaye,,aameen..
Narrated Abu Huraira:
**The Prophet said, "Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in the mornings, the nights." (See Fath-ul-Bari, Page 102, Vol 1).

And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The one who does not pray ‘Asr, his good deeds will bear no fruits.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (553).
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever possesses the following three qualities will taste the sweetness of faith:
*1. The one to whom Allah and His Apostle become dearer than anything else. *
*2. Who loves a person and he loves him only for Allah's sake. *
**3. Who hates to revert to disbelief (Atheism) after Allah has brought (saved) him out from it, as he hates to be thrown in fire."
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "Allah will give shade, to seven, on the Day when there will be no shade but His. These seven persons are:
1. a just ruler,
2. a youth who has been brought up in the worship of Allah *(i.e. worships Allah sincerely from childhood), *
3. a man whose heart is attached to the mosques (*i.e. to pray the compulsory prayers in the mosque in congregation), *
4. two persons who love each other only for Allah's sake and they meet and part in Allah's cause only,
5. a man who refuses the call of a charming woman of noble birth for illicit intercourse with her and says: I am afraid of Allah,
6. a man who gives charitable gifts so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given *(i.e. nobody knows how much he has given in charity), *
7. and a person who remembers Allah in seclusion and his eyes are then flooded with tears."
**The Prophet said, "When the people of Paradise will enter Paradise and the people of Hell will go to Hell, Allah will order those who have had faith equal to the weight of a grain of mustard seed to be taken out from Hell. So they will be taken out but (by then) they will be blackened (charred). Then they will be put in the river of Haya' (rain) or Hayat (life) (the Narrator is in doubt as to which is the right term), and they will revive like a grain that grows near the bank of a flood channel. Don't you see that it comes out yellow and twisted"
[Qur'an]
To any that desires the soil of the Hereafter, We will increase
in his soil, and to any that desires the soil of this world, We
grant somewhat thereof, but he has no share or lot in the
Hereafter.
Surat Ash-Shura 42:20
[Lessons from this Verse]
When you ask people what their number one goal in life is,
rarely do you hear the person immediately respond by saying
"Pleasing Allah, Jannat Al-Firdows - the highest level of
Jannah, and being with Rasul Allah, sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam,
in the hereafter." But ... isn't that the correct answer? Let's
make it a reality with how we live our lives!
Allaah clearly stated that the Quran is His Word, Saying (what means):
"And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allaah *."
[Quran 9:6],
and in His Saying (which means):
"Those who remained behind will say when you set out toward the war booty to take it, 'Let us follow you'. They wish to change the words of Allaah."
[Quran: 48:15]
These two verses prove that the Quran is the Word of Allaah and that He sent it down to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)*
He (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) said: *“Let he who truly believes in Allah and the Last Day speak good or be silent.” [Saheeh al-Bukharee] Moreover, he (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) has specifically cursed the person who lies to make people laugh, he said: “Woe be on one who speaks and lies in order to make people laugh, woe be on him.”* [Abu Dawood]
He (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) described the severe punishments for the liars and said:
*“I saw (in a dream), two men came to me. They said, 'The person, the one whose cheek you saw being torn away (from the mouth to the ear) was a liar and used to tell lies and the people would report those lies on his authority till they spread all over the world. So he will be punished like that till the Day of Resurrection. '”*
Tell us, which action is dearest to Allah?' He answered:'To say your prayer at its proper time.' Again he was asked: 'What comes next?' Mohammed said: 'To show kindness to parents.''Then what?' he was asked, 'To strive for the cause of Allah!' "
"I am leaving two things among you, and if you cling to them firmly you will never go astray; **one is the Book of Allah and the other is my way of life."**
To gladden the heart of human beings, to feed the hungry, to help the afflicted, to lighten the sorrow of the sorrowful, and to remove the sufferings of the injured."
‘A’isha said that a person came to the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) and said:
My mother died suddenly without having made any will. I think she would have definitely given Sadaqa if she had been able to speak. Would she have a reward if I gave Sadaqa on her behalf? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes.This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Hisham with the same chain of transmitters. And in the hadith transmitted by Abu Usama the words are:” She did not make any will,” as it has been reported by Ibn Bishr, but it was not reported by the rest of the narrators.
{Book 005, Chapter 15, Number 2196 : Sahih Muslim}
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrates: Nabi (peace be upon him) said: A person set out to visit his (Muslim) brother in another village and Allah sent an angel to wait for him on his way. (When this man reached the angel) the angel asked: Where are you heading? He replied: I am heading for a brother of mine in this village. The angel asked: Does he owe you something, which you want to get back? The man replied: No. I just love him for the sake of Allah. The angel said: I am Allah's courier (informer) to you, to inform you that Allah loves you just as you love him for His sake.
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins." They (the people!) asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they?" He (sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said,
(1) To join partners in worship with Allaah;
(2) to practice sorcery;
(3) to kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause (according to Islamic law);
(4) to eat up usury (Riba);
(5) to eat up the property of an orphan;
(6) to give one's back to the enemy and fleeing from the battle-field at the time of fighting and
(7) to accuse chaste women who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers."
Sahih Bukhari Hadeeth. Vol.8 No.840.
The Prophet (PBUH) said "Pass on knowledge from me even if it is only one verse"
**One who moves to fulfill any need of his brother, and makes effort for it, will find it better than itikaaf of ten years; and one who performs itikaaf for one day for the pleasure of Allah, he will create a distance of three ditches between him and the hell - and each ditch has a width which lies between East and West, or between the heaven and earth."
** I heard Allah's Messenger saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for."**
