Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him):
I heard Allah's Messenger saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for."

Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Prophet said, "Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya (This term "Haya" covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together; amongst them are self respect, modesty, bashfulness, and scruple, etc.) is a part of faith."

**Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: 'When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in between the shroud and the chest of the deceased.
When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar and Nakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, 'He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise '.
Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, 'I am the Qur'an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief.'
When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: 'On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than the Qur'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.'**
Abdullah bin Harith bin Jaz'(RA) said, I never saw anyone smile more than the messenger of Allah. [Ahmed]
Abu Dharr (RA) narrated : The Prophet(SAW) said to me : "Do not disdain any good deed, even if it is meeting your brother with a cheerful face." [Muslim]
Abu Dharr (RA) narrated : Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Your smiling at the face of your brother is a charity for you." [Tirmidi]
Aisha (RA) narrated: Allah's messenger (saw) said," When Allah The exalted intends goodness with a family, He places gentleness upon them." [Ahmed]
Abu al-Darda (RA) narrated : The Prophet (saw) said," Whoever has been given a share of gentleness so indeed he has been given a share of good ,and whoever is deprived of a share of gentleness so indeed he has been deprived of a share of good." [Tirmidi]
Aisha (RA) the wife of The Prophet (saw) narrated: Allah's Messenger (saw) said, "Whenever gentleness is added to something, it adorns it and whenever it is withdrawn from something, it leaves it defective." [Muslim]
Abdullah bin Masaud(RA) narrated: Allah's Messenger (saw) said, "Shall I not inform you of who is forbidden upon the (Hell) Fire or whom the fire is forbidden upon? A man who is always accessible, gentle and easy going." [Tirmidi]
The Prophet said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins." The people enquire, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they?
"He said, "To join others in worship along with Allah, to practice sorcery, to kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause, (according to Islamic law), to eat up Riba (usury), to eat up an orphan's wealth, to give back to the enemy and fleeing from the battlefield at the time of fighting, and to accuse, chaste women, who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers."
**Allah's Messenger said: Do not attribute lies to me, for anyone who attributes lies to me will be doomed to Hell-Fire.

Messenger of God, Prophet of Islam, Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him) has been reported to have said the following Hadith :
**{A man came to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and said: �O Messenger of God! Who among the people is the most worthy of my good companionship?� The Prophet said: { Your mother. } The man said: �Then who?� The Prophet said: { Then your mother. } The man further asked: �Then who?� The Prophet said: { Then your mother. } The man asked again: �Then who?� The Prophet said: { Then your father. }

When Allah's Apostle came to Medina; he did not have any servant. Abu Talha (Anas' step-father) took me to Allah's Apostle and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Anas is a wise boy, so let him serve you." So, I served him at home and on journeys. If I did anything, he never asked me why I did it, and if I refrained from doing anything, he never asked me why I refrained from doing it.
Jundab bin 'Abdullah Al-Bajali, may Allah be pleased with him, reported:
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said:
*"Recite the Qur'an as long as your hearts agree to do so, and when you feel variance between them (between your hearts and tongues), then get up (and leave its recital for the time being)".

Hadith number in Sahih Muslim: 4819
Some people asked Allah's Apostle, "Whose Islam is the best? i.e. (Who is a very good Muslim)?" He replied, "One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongue and hands."
A man asked the Prophet , "What sort of deeds or (what qualities of) Islam are good?" The Prophet replied, 'To feed (the poor) and greet those whom you know and those whom you do not Know (See Hadith No. 27).
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Avoid this filth that Allaah has forbidden. Whoever does any such thing, then let him conceal it with the concealment of Allaah.” (Narrated by al-Bayhaqi; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, no. 663).
“Filth” means evil actions and bad speech that Allaah has forbidden. Subul al-Salaam, 3/31
Once the Prophet remained behind us in a journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for the prayer which was over-due. We were just passing wet hands over our feet (and not washing them properly) so the Prophet addressed us in a loud voice and said twice or thrice: *"Save your heels from the fire." *
Hazrat Ibn Umar radiyallahu anhu relates that the Prophet of Allah sallallahu alaihe wasallam had a ring made of gold which he wore on his right hand. The Sahabah radiyallahu anhum in imitating the Prophet of Allah sallallahu alaihe wasallam also had gold rings made for themselves. Thereafter, the Prophet of Allah sallallah alaihe wasallam threw away the gold ring and said,** "I will never wear it again." **
*Commentary *
It was permissible to wear gold in the early periods of Islam. Subsequently, this was ordained haraam for men. All the Ulama are unanimous in that it is haraam for men to wear gold. Imam Nawawi has also stated the unanimous verdict of the Ulama in this respect. This subject is discussed at length in the books of fiqh. It will not be appropriate to discuss it here.
'Abdullah bin 'Amr, may Allah be pleased with them, narrated:
*"A man asked Allah's Messenger (may peace and blessings be upon him) which (of the merits) is superior in Islam? He (the Holy Prophet) remarked: That you provide food and extend greetings to one whom you know and whom you do not know". *
Hadith number in Sahih Muslim : 56
Narrated 'Abdullah:
The Prophet said, "Abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (an evil doing) and killing him is Kufr (disbelief)."
Allah's Apostle said: *"Whoever establishes prayers during the nights of Ramadan faithfully out of sincere faith and hoping to attain Allah's rewards (not for showing off), all his past sins will be forgiven."

**"A woman is married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty and her religion. So you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be a loser." **
