2) they 'help' with h1b job placement, they dont promise anything. I can help with your nomination for nobel peace prize...etc
3) There are Dept of labor laws in place, where they have to prove that they are paying you going wages for someone of your education and experience.
Thanks. But I don't doubt that some people do get taken advantage of, ie on paper the salary is something else, but in reality is much lower.
