Pain is good pal. =) Now keep doing this every other day for about 3 weeks and you will notice that it won't be as tiring and you will feel great
If I carry on like this, I'll be dead through the zulm I'll be inflicting on my poor body!
I'm usually an aerobics and swimming kinda girl but I've used muscles today that I never knew existed- uff, the memory of working out even brings me out in a cold sweat!
