It's a very image conscious world, and like it or not facial characteristics are part of the physical image. For some it may be premature enough or serious enough that they get some procedure done.
Speaking of procedures in general. You would think that it's just actors , but politicians, public speakers, news people, list goes on. Not everyone does it but a very large number do, and its for career longevity and image reasons. That has snuck into other areas as well..for starters physicians and staff at these plastic surgery type places.
The question is do you think you need it, and how badly do you need it. That may determine it for people.

Agreed.....it is an image conscious world. And primarily I would have thought that it's the women that fall prey. I guess I wanted to see how many guys would be willing to subject themselves to this sort of treatment even if they are not in a position where their image determines the level of success......
