That is correct. you are reading 16th for the First Khatam of Quran.

I know I am reading the 16 para from first Quran…
What I meant was… it gets a little confusing doesnt it? Ke I am still reading from 1st aur tum log doosra bhi khatam kar raha ho 
koi peechay to nahin para hooa na hamaray ke bus aik pe doosra shoru kar dain .. 
I’ve been reading it since yesterday I would’ve claimed it earlier, but you beat me to it

SindSagar ji may I suggest you Para # 27 with Surah-e-ArRahman & Surah-e-Alwaqia OR as today is Friday(Jumatul Mubarik para 28 with surah-e-AlJuma
My feelings are that Para 27 is easier like Para 30:)
PS 4 AQ:16 done 17 is half and will be completed after fajar prayer InshaAllah
PS4 Sadaf:Peechy tu koi nahi magar Ramzan main naiki ka swab aam dinon sy berh jata hai tu sochte hain k ziada naikian kama li jain sara sal tu muqa nahi milta naiki ka sochne ko bhi:D

As for taking the para, please, keep in mind that each and every letter is from Allah so please, do not like one more over the other. It's not about reading Surah Rahman, Yaseen, Waqia and others. It's about reading Quran.
