He is not banned. I saw his post couple of days ago in CricketNama (against Imran who else? :) )
and he should not be banned only because he hate and posts against Imran. He is entitled to the opinion only that sometimes he get too annoying (repeating the same posts over and over again) but then people should ignore ....

A banned person can't send a PM.Maybe he is banned from one particular section & not GS overall.
You can ask him why he was banned. He will tell you the post which received the last infraction which resulted in a ban.
