today i saw their designs in mag few designs are similar to last year designs, few tops n prints are quite nice i like sobia nazir's collection 2009 aswell.
i thought that too that sume prints looked familiar n one was almost identical to the one i saw 2 yrs back visiting pak.more than the prints i liked their way of styling.that makes them really attractive.one thought y spend too much on a lawn suit by getting fancy embroidery(although i luve it...)

^^yes i love the way they're presenting the suits too. embroidery, stones/pearls and a modern cut totally changes how lawn looks. i like quite a few of them.

loooove it! is it just me or did they expand their collections by a lot? i remember looking at their summer magazine 2 years ago and this is much more.
has anyone here gone to one of their shops in pakistan? how does it work...do they have stitched outfits or are they fabrics? also anyone have experience buying through their website? i've gotten some of their fabrics through the HKB store a while back.

I think there is FLORAL over-load. Other than that, the styling is good. Their quality is always good so no doubts about that. I really like how they marketed the prints...they have really done it at a much larger scale this time and I think it's in their best interest to add to their Pret line...especially for clients from abroad. Will be getting a few things from the Pret line..and a few chiffon prints. The rest is way too floral for me.

I agree with naqsa. I have ordered from them before like 3-4 times and their service is pretty good, very professional.

i loveeeeee gul ahmed's catalogues, their prints are ok too. but last year i got to see sooo many trends from their catalogue and imitated some too, they really help if u live somewhere else n needs know what's in for lawn prints

on my recent trip I went to gul ahmed to check out their winter collection and was not too impressed....some prints that looked great in online catalogue looked completely wrong in real....I did get a few suits made though. I like their chiffon suits!

^same with me i went with the intention of buying GA so many times on my last visit n ended up buying some other brand.dunno but the prints were either too soft or too bold.

gals if u like flowery prints then go for it most of these ga i found to be too flowery nuyt then again some ppl like flowers i feel u have one flowery print is quite enough

hi girls, Cyma has posted the link for the new collection on the classifieds board. Some of their stuff this year is awesome, especially their ready made tunic and stuff.
I noticed in the back of the magazine that they have an address for here in the Uk, up in Manchester. I sentthem an email last night asking if it was a store or how i could order the clothes. I got a really nice response this morning and "shennaz" said the new range will be avialable online from monday and the UK guppies can order via their office in manchester.
