Like Codie said, milking an animal is not an easy job. You have to squeeze and pull at the same time. I have tried to milk a buffalo in the past. I did not squeeze and just pulled down, the buffalo was not happy

When i went to Pak for first time, it became an obsession for me, so my grandpa, gave me a majj, that was “bhaley manas” and let me do it, after few days of practice, i was able to do fairly good job, so one day i was in mood to fill the bucket of milk n my own. It was about 2/3 full, i was bothered by majj moving her tail, so i thought of tieing it up, as i got up, leaving the bucket at same place, majj, kicked it and all milk was on the ground. I was so embarrassed never tried it again.

There is subtle difference in civic and rural lifestyle. People who work at farms, all around world have to do some stuff that would gross-out ultra hygenic city folks.
But it is routine for them. Visit country side for some experience :k:
In farms, when you keep animals, then you have to address to their needs… which includes cleaning them and their dumps :no:
In pakistan, pigs are not included in livestock… So relatively less pain
