Do you mean thandhi? that is banned in pakistan (for flying kites) as it is strong and can get tangled...

This moron through a pinna of thandhi onto my roof when the police came to his house because of a report. I went upstairs and was so infuriated that i made sure i didnt give it back for a few days! and kept around 1m of it, which was nothing really! I was probably doing him a favour!!!
