I am so confused here. You said you cut your hair one month back after 15 years of no haircuts at all whatsoever?
You need to understand your hair a bit better to realize what’s happening to it. Hair needs care…constant care if you want it to be **healthy **and manageable. Trimming it after 15 years and expecting a miracle is not logical. Treat it like you treat your face…if you abuse it…it will show. If you care for it…it will also show.
And what did you do with a spoon and fire? Rolled?
Oiling is good…but its not the answer to 15 years of damage.
Vitamins, oiling, NO playing with kitchen utensils and fire, regular trimmings, scalp massaging, etc. All of these things work in conjunction with each other to nurse your hair back to health.
^No, I think she means that she did the spoon and fire thing 15 years ago. See, how she she started the 14-15 years part as a separate sentence and in conjunction with the spoon and fire? I don't think that she meant k she got her hair trimmed after 14-15 years and my guess is that the spoon thing is a rolling/curling technique since it entails heat and metal. Like how curling irons have metal which conducts heat around which hair is rolled to form curls. Or maybe it's for straightening...anyhow my guess is that it was to style hair in a certain way.
@red velvet
thanx for clear the point. u r rite. i did this stupidity in 1994 or may be early. I was so young and tryng to be fashionable. lol. Mum was unaware from this trick. She asked many times that time and i didnt tell her.
Nw i do trim my hair after every 6 weeks. I hope i hv cleared my point.
someone told my hair hv lack of nutrition. It is nt becase u hv dry hair. Infact she said u hv oily hair as u feel greasy other day of wash. Splits ends, damage, dull hair, unmanageable, that all due to poor diet. Give protein treatment to ur hair from a gud salon. Give a gud cut to hair, (As here someone also suggest me for cutting).
It may be possible as during pregenancy i hv lost my hair and baby is 18 months nw , I was feeding him also. but hv stop feeding nw.
well thanx for ur ideas.

i trim my hair after every 6 weeks, no after 15 years. I think there is my mistake I cant tell u clearly.
After that time, when i was 19 I hv cared much of my hair. My mum also helped me a lot. I had applied mask yougurt, mehndi,oil once a week. and my hair got better silky , shiner, manageable.
Nw I cant get time for oiling and mask (i was forgotten that mask , someone hv mentioned here so i remeber again). hair getting worse. So i asked here for gud suggestion.
Hope u got my point. married girls or i must say being mother hw do u care ur hair? No time to wash ur hair. Anytime u hv to wash ur hair for gussal when ur husband around sometime daily . So hw do u manage. ?
Try to use a sulfate free shampoo. Also, you can have an oily scalp and dry ends like I do. Don't use Pantene but buy a good hair mask from a reputed shop and use it twice a week. You should also use conditioner separately after each shampoo. Using a shampoo with added conditioner is not enough.
