Azkar - The guy who registered this domain name I believe. You can do a "whois" at register.com on gupistan.com and he'll pop-up along w/ his phone # and location, Houston, for what I see.
As to the guy who caused the problem...well any body can upload to this server and have remote host executed using a proggy or simply going on mIRC and asking a few buddies for some files that'll cause havoc. Do something we've never seen before and I'll give you the Ace of Kings. :)

it happened so many times, and for this reason u see same post posted 3-4 times in a row, no it is not related to this incident, it is happening for a long time ...
