Memories of 2008:
- Kosovo declares independence from Serbia.
- Pakistan elects the opposition to power in general election.
- Russia attack Georgia and snubs U.S.
- Barack Obama is elected American President.
- G.W. Bush gets greeted with shoes in Iraq.
- India and Pakistan on the brink of war.
GS Oriented:
-Shikra becomes father of a babygirl (i think it was this year) 
-TLK becomes Director. 
-Feedback forum starts to get funny threads. 
-Niksik completes her 10K posts and gets the smiley she can’t get enough of. 
-EMM completes 50K, but the festivities are cut short due to a hooligan crashing the party.
