i know you have already mentioned vitamins but for quick growth ive heard Perfectil works really well.

to keep it shiney eggs and the usual oils are good castor, amla etc

Ive heard Arnica hair oil is also good for growth but never tried it

I tried arnica oil in chilhood. it mixed in olive oil and then apply. and yes hair growth much faster tahn normal. its really good.
