Anyone who makes sweeping negative statement for desi/Pakistani men just shows that person never has met or had a close encounter with non-desi person. That person is just being an ignorant.
No it is not a cultural issue at all. We all are human. Men and women from any background do not necessarily use deodorant.
It is related more to personal/individual habit.
