anyways, he should be calling for end to BCCI’s domination instead of India. BCCI is not very popular in India as well.
India will dominate the cricket as it generates most revenue, its BCCI that should be checked and made fair to other boards.

BCCI controls Indian cricket, so I am sure he meant BCCI when he said India

REgarding IPL it should be lefft to individual to try to make window for it. players should be asked to give their country preference over ipl.

Doing that will put players in an awkward situation of having to chose between country and club. IPL is more lucrative, and you could almost see players who are not guaranteed a position in their national teams chosing IPL always. Chris Gayle is a good example, where the ultimate loser was West Indian cricket.

IPL is a reality and one cannot just wish it away. I would support making a separate window for IPL.
