Hats off to Ryan McKinley, MIT researcher, who’s behind the GIA, the response to the Total Information Awareness (TIA) - the Bush regime’s project for prying into the lives of Americans (and non).
GIA is basically a DB of information about those in the govt. and other important personalities.
