i recall reading somewhere, that there was population of Gorkhas in sindh who once ruined big chunk of Mahmood Ghaznavi’s army

they were known to be uncivilized bunch of thugs, living like pirates

Gorkhas in Sindh? There is a place in District Dadu.. Gorakh Hill Station. But it might be related to some Gorakhnath as the area was once Hindu Majority area.
