Anolon Advanced is a very good non-stick cookware line. :k: You should keep those woks if they suit your needs otherwise exchange them for other open stock cookware pieces at Macys. You can use the black spatula, it’s probably made of plastic which is fine. You can use wooden and silicone ones too. I like wooden and plastic, silicone ones are a little too soft.
I also once bought an Ikea non-stick saucepan, they aren’t exactly safe because they have Teflon coating which easily comes off and if it gets mixed in the food that can be dangerous so just be careful with it try to cook on low heat if you use it.
