Just completed placing my order over the phone. The Customer Service rep told me it will be $29.99 plus $5 service charge. I said why the service charge if ordering on phone is the only option. It's not like I have a choice of doing it online or automated phone. She said , "Oh, I am sorry Sir. I will go ahead and waive the fee then". So, I paid only $29.99.
