so to live a successful married life, I am not going to take advice from my parents if I saw them struggled through their marriage. Just cause they love me does not mean that they can be my mentors in that area as they do not have that fruit on their tree..
In case of active/passive ... I dont need to attend mentorship courses. I can listen to or read someone's work and learn from it .. that is what I meant by passive mentorship.
