Nemo, this sounds like buying a utility and making sure that it fulfills the test of being a usable. this can not be real in case of humans. one cannot go around saying it like this. can one?
Now remember that the first post is not detailed, hence I and others like me will assume that we are talking about tasks (such as those at work) :)
If a person cannot fulfill a task, then he/she should not undertake it. Doesn't that sound fair? What would you do if this example was used in professional life? :)
