Its sort of a slap in the face of more wealthy muslims - you know, the kind that run off and make trips to Saudi every year for pilgrimmage. Basically letting them know, hey, when you're priveleged enough to visit the Rasul's grave, can you let him know how poor I am and how screwed over I am by society?
Which is brilliant. Very different than most naats and pretty real and human.
