But…if u drink hots…try a cuppa strong tea/coffee and sit next to a window that’s open (a lil if it’s too cold) trust meeeee that’ll do wonders and keep u awake!

it depends…in ur case..i think it’s lack of sleep. sometimes if ur body is craving some sleep…nothing will help keep it awake.
