Bhai jaan you missed the first line: This is from cooking with BJ , just add gobi to this recipe and add increase the other ingredients accordingly and you are goo to go.

Here's my way to cook gobi:
Gobi 1 kg
Palak 250 grams
Cut gobi in big pieces and finely chop pakal
Onion - one big finely choped and freid till light brown in oi.
Masala:
Lal mirch 1 half tablespoon
Haldi 1 teaspoon
Garam masala pisa 1 teaspoon
Green bullet chillies 8 (whole)
Ginger: sliced 20 grams
Mix masala with fried onion and oil. Fry it and then add all the other stuff and cook on medium flames till every thing is fully cooked.
You can add yogurt as well for curry.
