Roast (tried and tested for 3 generations)
1/4 leg meat or 2 pounds gosht 1 1/2 cup onions and whole 2 whole potatoes tomato (chopped and 2 whole) red pepper all purpose flour
Marinate meat in salt (like a table spoon), lemon juice (like 3 lemons), and garlic powder (unsalted) and leave for a few hours in the refrigerator. Drip meat (without marinade) and add to pressure cooker (6 minutes) or skillet (with oil). Make brown. Take abt 1 1/2 cups of sliced onions and lightly brown in oil. Then add meat, some red pepper, two large tomatoes (chopped) and water and cook (or pressurize 6 minutes). After the gosht is all cooked (bhun liya), then on the side add about a teaspoon of all purpose flour (mixed in water), and cook in the salan side and after its all cooked mix together and stir once more.
Separately, boil potatoes (peeled and cut in half), tomatoes (whole), and onion (peeled) in leftover marinade and water until soft enough to eat (u can also pressurize this mixture for 3 minutes).
Add the vegetables to the roast:)
