He said that next year’s per capita income was expected to reach $1,000, finally making the country a middle-income nation. He said bumper crops were expected and rural areas would be developed at a faster rate .

Ah yes bumper crop is also because of 911, so would losers think along those lines. Given that Pak is an Agri based economy its good news, droughts are disasters for such economies.
