Illegal immigrants are not bankrupting state after state. Entitlements to our lazy, handout loving indenginous population are the ones draining our resources. As opposed to the hard workers from Latin America who are contributing to this economy.

Americans are too fat and lazy to be paid minimum wage or any other wage to pick fruit. It is simple supply and demand.

What does that have to do with anything? They don't need our labor, we need theirs. If supply and demand dictated a reverse transfer of labor, I'm sure Mexico's tune would change. In the meantime, it's not relevant.

He does have a point, if we muslims claim that Jesus was a prophet of Allah, we should be equally outraged at the inuslts directed towards Jesus.

I suppose it's a perception that it's Christians questioning Christ...the gut reaction is one of "enh?" rather than "wtf!".

That's a good point. I suppose because most of the ridicule thrown on both come from other "Jews" and "Christians"...so it is akin to my cousin calling my Aunt or Uncle vicious names. It's an odd situation. Maybe we'll clue in one day and realize that such isn't the situation.

Now, if a Muslim dared hurl insults at either...well...KFC's would probably still get burned...but in defense of the rioters, those places are full of grease...and so quite [FONT='Times New Roman']flammable (actually, the point being those who llike burning things will burn things for the sake of it...it's just how it works in riot situations...99.9% will be angry but peacful, but then there's that 0.1% who go all ape...just because they can).

In any case, during the rushdie affair, one of the big stinks against him was what one of the characters said about Abraham (or was it Moses?)...I suppose context matters.
