addendums can be added at any given time :D It's a constant process.
Depending on circumstances and the needs of the forums. :) But this this with smilies is nothing new. I have said the same a few year back as well. But some exceptions were made for some members in the early days. Before the rules were introduced and enforced.
Whats there to figure out GS? what can't you figure out?
Soon there will be a FAQ section, where all the necessary stuff will be documented :) so you can find answers to most of your questions there.
