Ravage U.S is not dealing with regular prisoners caught in petty thievry or some small crime. These guys are apprehended while engaging in terroristic activities. Now were they victims of "being at the wrong time at the wrong place" (and even that is doubtable).
As far as mini skirts and panties are concerned. Come On I don't see anything wrong with U.S putting a show for the prisoners. I did mention about the menstrual blood and that you can read again.
