Waisay… its a medically proven fact that all women gain weight after giving birth. Some more, some less. Some are able to get rid of it, some don’t. On average, women gain between 5-15 lbs after the birth of first child. And that is just an average. Go ask your medical professional. Her cheez mein show na marra karro.
Babaji every woman gains weight during pregnancy DAH
I got extremely FAT after choti, my weight was around 65 kg
and choti weighed around 10 pounds
but i lost it all, now back to 52 kgs
most woman if they work out eat healthy and are sensible lose all falto weight they gain during pregnancy
its not necessary that women should turn into 'out of shape fat ladies' after childbirth and give 'bas bachay honay kay baad moti ho gai hoon' as an excuse
Sajal.. its not a problem, that they won’t fit you after a couple of months. Thats expected. Your determination should be to fit into them 6-8 months after the baby.
But, its a good thing… I tell u. My nani amma used to say that more and more C-Sections these days is because girls sit and sleep all through pregnancy and hence at the end can’t have normal delivery. In good old day, per her, we never heard about C-Section (proly it was not there, anyway
) because women used to keep on working physically till the very end. In some families, they ask the pregnant girls to do ceremonial jharro (once or twice a week) by sitting down and doing it maasi style, just to help them when the delivery times comes in.
Don’t know if its all myths or if there is any truth in them. Ask Anchal
Confused, see I didn't know that liking of bright colors has anything to do with the gender. It is a matter of taste and preference....a new lesson for you for today.

walking is a very good excercise during pregnancy
one should do a 15 minute walk everyday
parks are the best place cause they are so motivational
if not walk around the dining table for 15 minutes
do back excercises which are a must
and after birth be sure to ask your doctor bout pelvic excercises to keep your internal muscles happy
Chalo kher…
