I was abt 15.. wid usin eyeliner n kajal.. n 16 when I start usin mascara 2.. ma mom didnt had any problem wid it.. :)
i just remember one day my sister and i got into my mom’s makeup, we took paper and colored with eyebrow pencils, lipsticks, and nailpolish which of course had to spill onto the counter and as i wiped it up toilet paper got stuck.
then my sister and i took our dolls and used lipstick to make their cheeks red, luckily our cabbage patch dolls washed it off and all was well. but boy was my mom ticked off.
after that she bought us those little kid tinkerbell products to play with.
it had nailpolish that would peel off, glosses and lipsticks but my mom only let us play with that when we’d play dress up, and always made sure our faces were washed by the time my dad came home.
then when we got older in middle school girls started wearing makeup (12ish?) and she was highly against it but around 13 i wore it anyways in colors she couldn’t really notice.
