Men working as ladies hairdressers, ladies tailors, makeup artists, designers, selling clothes dealing and arguing with women throughout working hours.

Do they develop womanly psychological/behavioural traits over time? Like becoming less whateverly in their dealings and behaviour.

Can they easily fit into an all male surrounding later on?
If this is No. Other is no too.

Umm, I think it does have an effect. If anything, they definitely become more sensitive and gossipy. I worked in retail in my teen years and even the straight men there acted very flamboyant. Women I come across in my line of work tend to be very androgynous, like myself. I do think parts of my personality have been formed by my career choice.
