It is sad that this happens in Pakistan but the main cause of this is lack of education, manners,poverty and respect for women. It mostly happens in the small towns and villages and some seedy areas of Lahore , karachi and Islamabad. However, in some of the better educated areas in those cities, you could see women dressed in jeans/western clothing without any creepy stares from the males there.

I was specifically referring to men in Pakistan..My complain is super valid because I have even worn a dupatta/covered myself when going outside. I don’t see Americans looking at me with the nasty horny glance like Pakistani men do… I am sure MANY OF YOU HAVE had this experience.. If your giving them a “NO NO SIGNAL” then they shouldnt keep staring at you..
