Gali in mother toungue reminded me of an episode of Alif Noon.
Alln/Nunna had an antique shop and Allan sent Nunna to go and buy some old stuff from a goraa. Nunna came back and said(dont remember the exact dialogue) . Yaar Allan, woh gora to mujhe dekhte hee apne maa baap ko yaad kerne lugaa.
Allan asked what do you mean, and nunna said.
jaise hee oos ne mujhe dekha, he (gora) started saying mother father, mother father
