Gilchrist now says that his comments were taken "out of context".
He wrote the following in his book - "Sachin Tendulkar, for instance, can be hard to find for a changing room handshake after we have beaten India. "
I am wondering what kind of "context" would give a positive spin to the above line.
Gilchrist appears to have realized that when your paymasters are in India....you don't mess around with the God of Indian Cricket.....certainly not in these hard economic times....when IPL is paying for his Medicare :)
