Gilchrist dishes out shocker, calls Tendulkar 'bad sport'

Re: Gilchrist dishes out shocker, calls Tendulkar 'bad sport'

Trescothick revealed that English pace attack used an artificial flavor of the gum to help with their "reverse swing". And that leaked a can of worms.

Gilchrist, in the celebration of his own publication (which, the revelation, came at a convenient time after Tendulkar's world record) accuses Tendulkar of taking sides and not playing fair. Since Gilchrist is not part of the active picture anymore, I don't think this revelation will put butts in the seats when the third test goes underway. I just thought this was released as rather to create a controversy and get the media talking at the time of world record by Tendulkar.
