Usually gifts only for immediate family, and stufff or the new brides/babies/dulhas in the family stuff like that. We'd go broke if we got something for everyone. When we go to visit then we bring like a cake or mihtai or something. Usually also have a big dinner party/gathering with most cousins when we get there, dont always have time to visit everyone.
my mother also take cake or something while visiting someone, but she can only if she is in karachi. she cant really do the same with her relatives lives in the pind.
