Candle favours innovative wrapping:

Yellow & Green candles with a touch of Orange wrapped in gauze/net fabric tied with yellow, green and orange ribbons. Confetti placed inside.

When are you supposed to give the gifts to the in-laws? Before or after the wedding? Before mehndi? On mehndi?

In my in-laws, gifts are given on the mayun day. The baree and dulha stuff is displayed on the mehndi day.
