IIRC, he was also arrested for AA and missile attack on Musharaf plane.
Given that he is shown training and fighting in a As-sahab media video right after his arrest, doesn't it make him an AlQaeda operative? In a way, AlQaeda has accepted the responsiblity for GHQ attack by releasing this video.
