This Aqeel/Usman character was released under the advice of “farishtay” from agencies. He was arrested several times before, including for training some of the people behind the infamous Nishtar Park massacre few years back.
Every time, he was let go under pressure from agencies because he was considered a “patriot” who was “misguided” and because he was useful as a jihadi commander in Held Kashmir.
Each and every time he managed to persuade more and more soldiers to turn to his side rather than reforming.
This is what happens when you have part of the military and government sympathizing with the Devil.
Even today, many among us would rather blame invisible soliders of Mossad or CIA or RAW rather than face the reality of the jihadi virus that has spread so widely.
I dont beleive its the same person, daily mail reported that, marriot bomber dr usman’s bail was rejected on sept 20 by ATC. So he can’t get out and plan an attack in 2 weeks.
