Devon Avenue wont really do much for you. I go to Devon every now and then but the only places I really go for emergency clothes are the new Chandni Boutique and Aada. If you find anything nice its usually with them.
The other thing you can do is custom orders. I do all of mine now through a girl that lives in Carol Stream area. She has some excellent designs and really pays attention to you. Im getting an outfit sometime this week and Ill keep you posted on how it turns out. Let me know if you want see her regardless, Ill pass on her info to you.
