I really dont like to lean on you people or cry in my soup here. But my GOODness, I miss my dad. Its so very hard, knowing that I cant call him and talk to him now. I have to stop myself when I call my Mom from asking “hows Dad today?”. Its just the strangest thing that he isnt here, I always thought he would be, never even imagined life without him. I expect him to walk in the door, give me a call, see him out and about. The pain of knowing that its not going to happen just comes like a freight train. I just have to keep reminding myself how lucky I was to have had a father like him and to have had him for so long, I mean its not like I’m a little kid. But what a hard thing it is to lose your father.

I understand that very well!!..I lost my nana(we called him barhe abu)…but its just the nature of things…every nite when I used to say AyatulKursi I have a habit of saying it on everybody’s names…I still havent been able to get his name off from the list of people..after nani its always like bharhe abu too…but after so many years I finally realize it at times:teary1: …
I can never fathom how hard it must be for you.
