Argentina has massive firepower, messi, Huguain, Aguerro, Di Maria..

The big issue for them is defensive midfield issues. And against a strong German midfield, it's own midfield is Argentinas Achilles heel. Argentina will either go all attack right away, or all defense with break out counter attacks. If it's a full field end to end game Germany will destroy them.

Wonder if schweinstieger or Khedira will be tasked to zero out messi

yep fair point on argentina firepower..but somehow they have been play defensively as i see it. Argentina have to go all out and put Germans under pressure..that is the only way out for them.

No they'd stop as soon as the difference exceeds to majority that is, when they reach a stage where other team can no longer win.

That was a big offside by two players otherwise could be a great Argentinean goal in 31'

Argentina has to capitalize their chances which they wont get as many as Germany would.

The most exciting first half of this tournament. A fitting finish to the half. Great officiating so far. Ibrahim had two chances. 1st one a sitter. Off a defensive miscue. 2nd one created by Messi to winger to ibrahim. Didn't have discipline to stay on side. There was another player I think next to ibrauim. Should have left ball for him. German header hits post. What a half.

Luv it so far.. Argentina got better chances and surely they are playing very well. Its just that have to take care of business by scoring.
